Good god! what the hell is wrong?
 

I just swapped a 1991 zc sohc into my 91 hb. Everything was good until i found that one of the pins that i put into the harness was loose. the pin was broken and everytime someone sat in the passenger seat, it died. so i changed the pin and did everything correctly. now that i did that, it wont rev past 3200 rpms. its trowin codes, 4 and 7. i know what both of them are, and i put a new dizzy in it. . have to wait for the tps. but i dont know what to do. i have checked everything. im stuck, please help.
