I have looked but i dont get it. Someone tell me ecu/chipped in a nutshell. How much faster will it make my car. Pros and cns. I have a 2000ex

no pros, all cons

unless you get it chipped for turboed applications (i.e. crome, uber)

for price its not worth it hardly n/a unless you are really built. now boosted thats a different story

with a boosted/turboed car, you are supplying your engine with ALOT more air. To match that air, you need to tell your ECU to supply enough fuel to match it. This is where tuning comes into play. On your stock engine, or even with I/H/E, youre not supplying enough air to make tuning necesarry.
