Default Idle/jerking/shuts off

Ok, i know this has been covered, ive done the search, but i want to condense it to 1 thread i can come to. Here is the deal. JDM D15, boosted, running basemap while pistons break in. I got it back from the shop after they fixed my timing and it was running little rough, kinda loud, knew it needed valve adjustment. So, saturday got valves adjusted and it ran GREAT. Ran all day sat, and i drove it all over the place for 3-4 hours on Sunday, no problem. Today(monday) I have 3 problems:
1. on way to work, it just shuts off 3 times on the way to work, a couple times i was on the road so it was coasting-when i push the gas, the RPM's dident come up, but it smoked like hell, then all of a sudden somthing happened and it would rocket forward because i almost had it to the floor.
2. in neutral, idle goes from 700-2000, sometimes when i kick the gas it stops and holds at 1000, sometimes it just keeps doing it
3. while im driving in gear, if i take my foot off the gas, the car lurches like its going into hard vaccum, and when i touch the gas i jerks forward a little to hard for comfort.

Here is what im going to try tommorow, and if anybody can think of ANYTHING else, please let me know:
1. Replace all vacuum lines
2. Take IACV off and clean it
3. Loosen up bleeder valve for coolant and fill until no bubbles appear
4. ???-Your suggestion here

Let me thinking about coolant, at least for the idle part of it. Does it have fast idle valve, too? One more point to check.
Your third prolem is kinda relative, I would call this behavior normal for around 1000 rpm...
And the first one looks like ignition, but this just a guess...

sounds like a vacuum leak...car ran fine and all of a sudden it started acting up. check all your vacuum hoses. maybe something came off.

it's either your fuel maps/tune, IACV, or a vacuume leak

Okay, today, had to drive out to a job site 15 miles from my house and the car did not make a PEEP? Nothing, no shutting off, no idle up and down, NOTHING. Whatever, im not taking any chances. I changed a couple of old vaccum lines, and loosend up throttle cable. Idles around 900 now, not bad. I had to change my oil tonight because i finally reached my 100 miles mark on the new pistons, so i dident have have chance to take off the 2 idle sensors and clean them as well as flush air out of the coolant, will do that tommorow. Will update after the work.
