Default MPFI swap problems

Well I finally finished my DPFI to MPFI swap. All in all it went really well, I thought!!! I ran all of my wires like the write-up instructed but I can't get voltage to my injectors. The pins A13 and A15 are hot at the ECU but when I get out to the yellow /black wires that ran to my old DPFI injectors that I tied together to feed my resistor box with they don't have any voltage on them. What am I doing wrong? Am I over thinking this or have I missed some thing? I'm desperate at this point. I really hope I did something stupid!! By the way it's a 1989 civic 3 door hatch and I'm using a PS9 ecu that I have converted to standard. I am fairly certain my ecu is ok because I can give the engine a shot of gas and it will start up and idle like a dream until the gas runs out. Help please!!!
