new to hondas need help

Default new to hondas need help
just got a 92 hatch. has a 98 or 99 d16 y8 motor. vtec is not hooked up and crank sensor i was told. it has a p05 ecu. has obd1 injectors. so do i get a p28 ecu and plug it in and go or what? cause some look like there obd1 p28 and other are obd2

i am sure if you wait, some one here will be able to answer your questions there are a lot of very smart people on here he would be able to consider them self as civic "experts"
