Default New Toy!!

Picked this up today. Works wonders for my car since it needed a basic tune badly. Running on a stock P2P with my mods wasn't working out that well. Let me know what you all think!

ya not hating but what? a tune up is the basic stuff you do to your car to keep it in running order, oil, plugs, wires, cap, rotor that ****. did you just mean a tune?

1. Lol.. everytime I post, I get someone asking me about West Chester, Bam Margera (sp), and/or WCU.

2. I have tried using an Apexi VAFC, didn't work correctly. Then, I got an Emanage, didn't work at all (hated it and I do not recommend using E-manage, just my personal opinion). I was getting VERY sick and tired of running an untuned car and getting about 15 miles to a gallon (not to mention CEL's), so a buddy (Honda enthusiast) of mine recommended Hondata as being the most user friendly system.

Originally, I was looking for a P28 or P72 socketed with the s200 system, but I opted for this because of the price. $150. It came with P28 ECU, presocketed with the s300 and the OBD2b-OBD1 harness. I think I got a pretty good deal seeing as just an s300, (not in an ECU or with a harness for the car) goes for at least $500.00 (eBay).

The car is on a basic tune right now, could be better. If anyone has any suggestions for a calibration/or general comments or suggestions about the Hondata system, I'll be happy to check it out! I am in the process of reading through the Hondata forum site for additional info. now.

3. No major future plans regarding engine work except for the little odds and ends that need to be replaced (full suspension kit on the way! I'll put up pics when I get them). Maybe a better clutch (stock right now) and lighter flywheel. BTW, I absolutely love Craigslist. lol.
