OBD2 to OBD1 Conversion

I am looking into swapping my d16 from my 97 ex for a b18a from a 93 integra. Well I know that I have OBD2 and since I'm in florida, there are no emissions so I am not worried about my car being legal. I just need to know if it would be cheaper and smarter to get a conversion harness and keep the OBD2, or just get the ecu from the integra (which is readily available to me) and just get the original replacement harness. I know you can do tuning and reprogram the OBD1 as well. I just need to know where to look for the harness (website, a good ebay dealer, etc.) Any help is much appreciated if you could point me in the right direction. Thanks

your obd2 ecu will not activate vtec and has different sensors, get the obd1 ecu, use it and you will be 1000x happier
