Default Return-less Fuel System

Hey Guys,

Within the next 4 to 5 months I'm going to be completely building my engine.
I'm Really looking forward to it.
I am looking to get a walbro 255 LPH fuel pump. With this fuel pump you have to convert your fuel system to a return system.
Has anyone done this? How difficult is it to do? And how much does it cost?

And last question, is there a performance fuel pump out there that will work with a return-less fuel system? This way I wouldn't have to convert to a return system.

Thanks!!!

do you have a way to monitor rail fuel pressure? it should not drop below 1400. if it does then you will need to upgrade the fuel pump.

As of right now I do not have a way to monitor it. But thats a good point.

I'm just thinking once I do all these modifications, I will be making far to much power for the stock fuel pump.
