smoke coming out of the exhaust

Every time i start my car in the morning the car smokes only when i take off. Once it gets warm it doesnt smoke as much only on high rpm's. 6000 and up once my vetch kicks in... Would this be a fuel problem because it doesnt burn any oil. I dont have a catalyc converter on my car. Should i adjust the fuel regulator, right now my fuel gauge is showing 50psi of fuel pressure is that what it should be on a b16a2 motor. Please let me know because the smoke is bothering me and everybody thinks my oil is burning which is not a case.

The smoke is white. but on higher rpms is black.. There is a black residue on my back bumper all the time its really hard to wash off. Again its not oil my oil has been in there 2500 miles and its still on same level.

For the black smoke and 50psi fuel pressure I think that you are running rich but I don't know about the white, coolant maybe?
