what ECU for my engine/car combination?

I have 95 DX made in Canada.. It had a stock D15B7. Put in a JDM D15B motor. I think I may have an issue with ECU compatibilty. I am getting a code 1 for O2 sensor and a code 14 for idle air control valve. I replaced the O2 sensor with a new one, reset the ECU, and still get the code 1. I also cleaned the IACV and still get the code 14. I don't think I am need to spend any cash to get a IACV if I might have a ECU problem. Where can I find what ECU might be the correct one for my car/engine combination? The thing runs great. I'm only a step away from some black tape to cover up the check engine light. Will I hurt anything ignoring the light?
Thanks!

Wow. :) Talk about good timing. Looking at your post it looks like I need a P08. I see reference to VTEC though, and mine is not a VTEC. Does that just mean that it is capable of running a VTEC solenoid you think?

you want to use a non vtec ecu, in addition to the solenoid there are three more components that are controlled..,
