Default CTR Pulley

Okay so sometimes i get this rubbing on my crank pulley and the guy i got the car from said that if i got a ctr pulley it wouldnt rub because its smaller....
i was going to just get the aem pulley kit but now that i have found an abundance of ctr pulleys i will prob just get the ctr onebut i want to make sure it is actally smaller (not as wide)than the stock b18a1 pulley
Does any one know if this will actually solve my prob cause i dont want to waste 70 bucks
Thanks

the CTR pulley is physically smaller, and will not allow for power steering or A/C
