H22 vs H23 vs F22
What is the diference in hp and torque between these engines. F22, H22, and H23? I can get a F22 for 300 with trans what do you think? Thanks!

H23A1 belt-driven dual overhead cams, 4 valves per cylinder 2259cc (138 cu. in.) 9.8:1 160 bhp @ 5800 rpm 156 lb-ft @ 5300 rpm 6500 rpm H22A1 belt-driven dual overhead cams, 4 valves per cylinder, variable timing and lift 2157cc (132 cu. in.) 10.0:1 190 bhp @ 6800 rpm 158 lb-ft @ 5500 rpm 7500 rpm 300 is not bad at all you should go for it if your really into swaping the f22 in the 4gen. but im pretty sure your going to need after market motor mounts from harasport and someone to wire up the motor to the 4gen also some axles and ecu. could be more. |

i have the h22 in my 91 civic ex it run low 8s at the track h22 and f22 has far mounts is the same h22 is going to $$$$$ more like said i paid 3,350.00 for complete swap it your call i would not swap a f22 sell save your $$ go for the h22 Low 8's? I call bullchips. |

H22 good for all motor H23 good for SC F22 good for turbo's The F22 is a tq monter when boosted |

a lot of cities dont even have quarter mile tracks so its natural for them to talk about 1/8 mile times like we automatically now that they mean a 1/8 mile track but he could also be BSing
