Need Little Help About my Flasher

Hi guys i just buy a Honda Civic Si HatchBack 1991 and the flasher dont work at all.

No Hazzard Flasher and no Signal Light Flasher

they dont work at all nothing in the dash when i turn the flasher to the right or the left nothing happen anyone know what its can be?
