Smile 93 civic 4 door motor swap?

i have a 93 civic with a d15b7 and just thew a rod, im looking to do the cheapest swap possible and wanted to convert to v-tech. i have been looking around and i was thinking of swapping to a d15b or a d16z6.

1.what motor would u highly recommend? (just trying to keep it Sohc)

2.would i need different motor mounts for either engine?

3.what harness and ecu would u also recommend?

4.would my b7 tranny bolt right up to either engine?

thanks in advance for the help!

If you can find a D15b, it's arguably the best D series engine made. D16z6 would be a close second for your purposes.

As far as I know, D series mounts are all the same.

Use the harness and ECU for the engine you choose. P28 for z6, I forget what for d15b.

All D series trannys will work with other D series engines, so yes.
