93 eg has power running through the motor idk how but I touch two wires on opposite sides of the motor and it's sparking somebody help if u can

 

Need so help...just blew my motor and figure its time to do what I want and that maximize hp on all levels...What motor/tranny, chip, turbo/super charger swap is going to give me the most hp. I want atleast 300hp at 10psi. Any body any ideas on a combination? I have about 5g to drop...

I've recently come into the honda with an integra and most recently a hatch after my brother smoked me in his integra. I had a Trans am. He had little done to his teg but my hatch has a swapped si motor in it already im lookin to put 2000 into the swap but im torn between the b18 and the b16. i just dont know where to start. any suggestions let me know thanks
