Ok, it's not a motor swap, but it's suspension swap, besides there is no option for a poll in the Supsension section.

Ok, my buddy just traded a set of heads for a 95 Dx. This thing is dropped. He wants to trade my stock suspension for the lowered stuff. It is a little bit more of a drop than I would normally go but it's free, right? He is also throwing in the strut tower brace too.

So my question is drop it or leave it?

To be honest with you, I don't know that much about it. I couldn't get under the car to look at it. I drove it though and it is tight (not tyte, but tight as in "not loose"). The springs are blue, that's about all I could gather. I have a feeling it's not Tokiyo or Eibach under there though judging by the super-duper +15Hp Kraco Tachomenter screwed into the dash that doesn't work.

 

I would say, don't... you're better off doing your own set-up as it'll be new and you'll know it.

Itd be nice to see you actually swap something though, since your to scared to swap the engine.

he obviously wants to get rid of it cuz he hates it and it sucks. If it was nice hed keep it. Stay stock and do ur own........get quality parts.

 

i still say drop it. just with new stuff that you will know about.

For the record, he wants to swap becasue it's easier to sell it at stock ride height than lowered. He's the guy with the 505Hp ram air TA. He doesn't "do" Honda.

 

we need more information, as you do....leave it for now i say, you can always upgrade later
