ok well i am seeing conflicting views, give me some numbers and some possiblities for each engine, and a place where i could get a good price on one besides ebay.

Search them on this forum there has been alot of info already produced.I got a price on a 80,000miles engine z6 for 450.

go for a d16z6... thats what i have in my eg too.. but theres something wrong with mines.. when i swapped it , it doesnt redline at 7200 rpm anymore.. its hella sucks.. it redlines at 6200... what the hell do i do next.. its been like that.. and i'm getting burned..lol if you can help me

go for a D16Z6, there are many upgrades for that enigne, and it is one of the best D series out there. I have a D16A9 DOHC ZC motor in mine right now, and I was half tempted to swap it out for a Z6, but i am planning on saving some money up and getting a B18C1 swap when I can.
