Default Z1 head on any EG motor

could you put the D15Z1 head on any eg motor and get the fuel savings?

i'm guessing the ideal motor to do this with would be the LX/DX motor?

but wouldn't it work with any of them? because they all have the same bore/stroke

thanks fdor the input

if you want the mileage just go with a b8 head so you dont have to worry about the vtec, yeah you will have less hp
