1996 Civic HX - H22 Swap
Hello everbody.
I am new here so bare with me, i've search the forum and have yet to find my answeres to questions I have.
I own a 1996 Civic HX 2 doorcoupe. I bought a h22 long block with a H2B transmission adapter plate.
My car has in it at the moment a 2000 civic si b16 swap complete with the manual tranny.
So in theory I shouldnt need any axles, all i will need is the motor mount kit offline to transplant a h22 into my platform and somthing for the wiring?
I need an answere on this, from what I understand if i mate the 00 si tranny to the h22 with my adapter plate the 00 axles should be utilized?
thanks in advance.

wouldn't you almost need one of each? On the tranny side you'd need the 00 SI axle, and then coming out of the H22 engine on the other side you'd need an H22 axle. Thats what it would seem like to me
Thanks for the reply.
But im going to have to argue that, i beleive that becouse im using the h2b kit, i utilize the stock b16 tranny axles.
correct me if im wrong. anyone else have anything ?
