Was just wondering... has anyone tried this? Reason why I am asking if because I just got a free 18C Tranny, and still have a B16 block/head sitting in my garage.

Jsut want to know what you guys think before I decide to put it together or sell it off

 

i have not heard of anyone trying this but all b series parts should line up to each other and work. i dont know the differences in the b16 and the b18c tranny.

 

Yeah I am the same way as you right now aryiman lol, lets hope someone who knows abotu this a little bit more responds

 

Any b series tranny will fit with any b series block except for the stockb20 tranny as far as i know and the only difference in the two trannies is thatthe b16 tranny has shorter gears.
