hmm...so let me know if this could be an issue. im using the 96-98 ex ecu instead of the p28 eg civic ecu.

and the z6 head's corresponding ecu would be the p28 i believe

well it could be, because the ex(y8) dizzy has a different cps angle than the others. so it could be throwing off the firing a little

the y8's cam position sensor is different than the z6, going with a p28 (obd1) is the best way to go, it will eliminate alot of crap to deal with,

just test a buddies p28 on your car. if it solves your problem then you buy it. your not 100% sure its going to work. dont want to waste your hard earned money.

well his car is obd2a and will need a conversion harness to convert it to obd1 so he can plug up the p28

exactly lol. so even if i wanted to test it, id have to buy a conversion harness. or borrow one, but they are extremely hard to find someone to borrow from -__-
