Default Engine Swap

I have a 98 Honda Civic Ex, In the next month or so I plan to do an engine swap. I am going to put either a B-16a2, or either a b-18c1. Which do you think i should do.

yeah i'm planning to do a swap, if not a turbo to my d126y8, wich one could be better??? i've heard that the b18 is the best, better than a b16, however, the b16 is higher revving, higher than the b18c1, and that if i get the b18, i gotta port and polish the head cuz it sucks from the manufacturer
