Good when you get it back please come back on here and dispell all the "it dont handle worth a crap" myths
Hey, thanks for the dig, but it's true that the handling is affected... Maybe not on a 6G, but on a 4 or 5 at least.
I understand that but most make it seem like it makes the car go to hell in a hand basket. Put it this was a set of 17 inch rims plus a B series swap plus all the turbo stuff on it will by far outweight a H22 sitting in the front of the car.

Oh, I think you're right in saying that the weight issue is often taken too far, but still, 80 pounds is 80 pounds. That's roughly equivalent to taking out both your front seats, and is a significant amount of weight in a sub-2,500 lb. car. A B-series only weighs about 10 lbs. more than a D (I believe; could be wrong), and while a set of rims may add weight, it does add it at all 4 corners.

And a lot of the time, the issue people are talking about is that occasionally the steering is reduced so it no longer turns lock to lock.

How much did the big brake run you? And what company is it? How hard was it to install?

sorry guys, havent been on in a while. really miss posting and reading posts on here. car is still not ready yet, hardly ever around the internet anymore. fema still never came through on the promised camper, old house is too messed up to move back into and still no rentals available anywhere nearby. so on gramma's couch i stay till i have a place to stay. yay.

sorry agentofdarkness, but if you read a lil closer i PLAN on getting big brakes. that still has not become a reality tho.

will post lots of pics soon. all the parts have finally come in so rebuild is in progress hopefully the tuning wont take long. also getting ported and polished (not cnc). shouldnt be much longer.

Ive had my H22 in a 94 civic for 3 years now. I was wondering what things i could add for little Hp gains considering its an everyday car.
