Default Questions about b-series swap

I have an ek with the y8 and have been researching many different projects and I think that the one that sounds good to me lacks answers. Please help if you can. Here goes: I am thinking of purchasing a block (b18b) off of cl for 50 bucks and rebuilding... later I want to add the b18c head to it... that is where my question lies, Will the b18c bolt directly on to the b18b block without any mods, and will it be worth it? I know I have to buy the axles, ecu, tranny and all that fun stuff too but was wondering if I will need to get a harness since the b18c is vtec? and i am going to put this together slowly over time, just a project... I think I have plenty of time left on my y8...

Apparently you haven't searched very hard. Since you're new here' I'll kindly direct your attention to the "search" button. It's on the blue tool bar fairly close to the middle, slightly to the right. Try searching "ls/vtec"; you'll get 20 pages of results. If you're lucky someone else might hand you the answer on a silver platter, but I'm not going to; honestly, I'd rather see people do research for themselves than constantly have answers handed to them
