Default What to do. Newbe looking for help

Hey guys, I am new here and I just picked up a 96 hatch cx. The bottom of the line!!! Well I got it for a great price. It has about 175,000 miles on it. I have a chance to get a complete 98 ex with 150k on it for free. Would it be worth taking it and maybe fresh up the motor and put it in my car or would it be better to freshing my little motor that is in the car up and getting a small turbo for it? I am not looking to go fast but just something to tool around in back and forth to work. Have a big blow off valve is always fun!!! I just need a little advice and witch way to go. Thanks for you help.

Well.....What do you guys think would be the way for me to go. Just like everyone else out there in the world, I want to do a swap but I don't have a lot of money. So I was wondering if anyone has some ideas of what swap I should do and about how much it will be. I am not looking to race anyone, just to have a little more *****. That is it...thanks
