You would have to specify what type of setup you're looking for and what the car would be used for. I'd assume it's a daily driver, but are you wanting f/i or n/a? Also what kind of power levels are you looking for?

ok yes it would be a dialy driver. just turbo and engine mods, (no NOS ect). just anything tht will respond good to a turbo and have 200-250+ WHP (i noe not good on gas but ill live)

If your car is equipped with a d16y8 then you can make that kind of power with a turbo kit on the motor you already have, and you'd save a lot of money over a swap.

128k isn't that high.

As for power, with the right stuff and a good tune you'd be right there at your goal.

You could go on stock internals to that power level as long as it's tuned well. As for a grocery list for a turbo kit, do a search and you'll find one.

Building a turbo kit yourself would be cheaper and would be better tailored to what you want (at least ussualy). And when most people talk about pre-made kits, they talk about the greddy kit.

I've never been one to trust things you find in specialty magazines.
