05 vp oil filter vs. 07 s2000
 

I just bought an red 05 vp coupe with 18081 miles on it. I have 5 oil filters left from an 07 s2000 that I sold. Are the s2000 filters compatible with the 05 1.7.
I don't want to take a chance on using a filter that will cause problems.

They should be the same. If anything the S2K filter is slightly smaller, providing a very small bump in oil pressure. Nothing to be concerned about IMO.
