wrecked 2001 acura integra gsr (donor) obd2b

1994 civic vx (recipient)obd1

question 1. what do i need besides the obvious motor/ tranny, from my the gsr to put in the civic to get it in running order. hook me up with a list.

ques 2. how can i make this bar and ref legal? i heard this type of swap is difficult cuz of obd2b.

ques 3. what do the refs physically do to the car? do they pull carpet back to look at the ecu, or anything like that? is it easy to fool refs?

ques 4. what the hell do dual butterflies look like? where are they located?

ques 5. how do i retain the ac/ do i use the one in my civic or the gsr?
