Default 93 bubbleback gsr

I just put a b18c1 in my 93 bubbble back using the EG wire harness. The motor swap was easy enough and the only other things i had to do were run wires for the vtec solenoid, vtec pressure pump, knock sensor and the evap solenoid which was all good. I then picked up a new shifter linkage then got it installed. the only problems i have are with the idleing and the lack of power and also poor throttle response. when i get it started it idles high and low for a bit, once it warms up it idles ok for about 45 seconds, then the idle just drops and tach is at about 100rpm. So far i have tried to think back at what i could have missed. I unhooked all the wires then hooked them all back up they all seem to be in the right place but still i cant seem to get it idleing right. I need help ASAP.
