93 Lawn Ornament Won't start.
 

So I will say the search feature does work but I think my wording has failed. I will happily read as many threads as needed but the 8 or so I dug up so far do not pertain to my Lawn Ornament. I think I am the 5 owner in the neighborhood of this car. The car itself has been lowered strut bar yada yada and for engine mods an intake and fart can. The problem is when you turn the ignition on the check engine light comes on and stays on. The car will not start until the check engine light goes off. We have toyed around with the cold start sensor even switched it out and a few of the other sensors on the intake but it still has the same issue it won't start until something under the hood near the intake clicks then it starts right up. THe thing is if you turn it off you have to go through the entire waiting process all over. there is no set time on when it will "click" it could be 10 minutes or 2 hours....

So um where do I search from here and what key words or imput have you got for me.

93 Ex 2 door with power windows sunroof and some aftermarket alarm...
