Older Engine Question

Default Older Engine Question

Hey guys, I'm looking at an older GSR right now at a local yard, it has 193 km on it. Question is, im looking to rebuild the engine anyway so would it be ok to get? Im thinging the only problem may be warping? I dunno anything else...

If youre going to rebuild the motor it doesnt matter. As long as there are no cracks in the block or anything it is good to go. A real rebuild will make the motor just like new.

i see thanks guys, he also said it burns 1 litre of oil per 2000 km, but none of that matters if its getting built i guess
