adjustable cam gears(need info)
 

what do adjustable cam gears do add horsepower or make better timing idk.i would like some info on how they work.

They really don't add power, it's more for quick timing changes and stuff like that.

Yea it doesn't make anything better on your car than it already is, it just makes changing timing easier and faster.
