Default adjustable clutch?

i have a 95 civic SR, i wanted to know if on my car there is an adjustable clutch as it is right at the top and when i try to pull off from a junction fast and it stayes at high revs and doesn't take off as much as it should, then it catches and accelerates hard??
please help i am hoping that i dont have to change it, and if i do need to, is it worth getting a racing clutch or not?
any feedback welcome

I've never heard of an adjustable clutch, but from the little i understood from your post it sounds like your clutch is slipping. A performance clutch will not do anything for you unless you are making big HP. In fact, if you get a performance clutch your car will be a PITA to drive since they usually use stiffer springs which make the pedal alot harder to push.
