AEM v2 cai install - necessitates cutting?

I have a 98 Civic 2dr. EX and i am planning on putting a CAI into it. I reached that i should get an AEM V2 i think, but my question is would that fit through the stock hole in front of my car's wheel well or would that necessitate a bigger hole to be cut into the metal. I would think it would fit because Pro Civic said it here on the bottom it says Will NOT void your Honda Civic's warranty! i think it would be safe to assume that means no cutting. Just let me know guys thanks.

yeah as far I as I know you don't need to do any cutting, should just bolt right up.

Installing an intake is pretty easy, since they are made specially for your car the instructions are step by step and easy to follow. Even if you aren't familiar with the inside of an engine it shouldnt take more than 45 minutes. Good luck and have some fun :).
