Default another coolant hose question

on my b18a1 the hose that comes out right under the upper radiator hose on the head goes into a metal tube (the 2 part hose, ones for return hot air to intake from valve cover, one for this piece) then back to rubber. i think it goes to a hose under the throttle body cable attachment from this diagram but cant really tell. the piece where i think it connects on my car is broken off and i dont know what that part is called, its like a cap looking thing thats screwed on the bottom of the throttle body???? i think it goes here but i need a new one since its broken and i need to know what im looking for thanks!

this is a pic of the intake im using from a 97 ls but i have a b18a1 motor

i found out that the thing where i think this hose goes is the Fast Idle Thermo Valve because i guess i got sold an intake from an auto car. now with obd2 i think that standards dont have these correct????? doesnt the computer do this in sted of a valve????

and now that i think i have figured that out does that mean that i can just block off this hose and the FITV fitting for this hose??? i dont know where the coolant goes after going through the fitv or what to do now, any help would be great, thanks
