b16 head torque specs

ok.. just got back from luch.. my engine is starting to stumble on startup and there is a liberal amount of oil where the head meets the block by the timing belt... I know I need a new head gasket.. I KNOW!!! lol

but what I dont have are the torque specs for my b16 head.. there is no store around me that carries a book with this motor in it...

does anyone have a book? does anyone know the numbers by heart?
I need:

cam bearing cap torque
Head torque and order of torque (literally out of the book if you can)

I need this info so I can change the head gasket before it REALLY goes....

RE: b16 head torque specs

I found em

thanks

Head bolt = 63 ft/lb +/-2
Cam holders = 22 ft/lb +/-2 and the outside 6mm bolts are 8 ft/lb.
Remember to torque it in 3 steps and follow the seguence, it's usually
inside out. If you're using an extension, add a couple more
pounds to it to compensate for torque loss.
