b18b1 build

Here it is and I need help.I have a 92 civic sedan dx now with a d15b7.I just got a b18b1 from a 2000 acura with 78,00 on it.The tranny with the car is a auto and my d15b7 tranny is manual and I want to stay manual so I need a good manual tranny for the b18b1 whats a good one?I know the b18b1 is around 140hp.I am going to boost the car in the future.I just dont know a nice powerful horse power range I sould shoot for.

Questions I need help with:D

1.With my car what is a horse power range to build my b18b1 with boost.safely but fastly?
2.Whats a good manual transmission to put with my engine after built and axles.
3.I want a nice fast engine but not crazy any help or ideas will be appericated

Hmm. I'd suggest just going a head and turboing the motor, and then turning up the boost as you desire more power.

You can boost it as it is stock within reason, also.

the ls motor has a good potential w/o vtec. i help a friend put together a 92 eg hatch with an ls swap , blox turbo manifold and t-3/t04E and its really quick for being a stock motor.

heres a vid link we put on streetfire:

http://videos.streetfire.net/search/...2c01310a11.htm

so copy that and watch it

the hatch now is going with a bottem end in it with MY b16 head for a built LSvtec set up... we'll have more vids here soon
