B20 Swap???

I have a 1999 Accord I am trying to sell right now to buy a cheap 92' to 95' coupe or a EK Hatch and i wanted to know is it hard to do a B20B swap. No GS-R head or anything, just want to do a B20. Will the ECU Plug in or will i have to modify it? thanks
