building for boost

Over the winter I am considering building my engine to handle more boost. I am currently running at 7 lbs. a Drag Gen 3 full kit on my B16A (stock internals) fully tuned with crome. I am putting down 215 whp and I want to be able to have 300 whp safely. I figured that I will need to run at about roughly 17 lbs. to achieve this. What do I need to do internally to achieve this? This is my daily driver. I have heard that you can get away with only turbo pistons (JE) and connecting rods (Crower) and be fine. Is this true?? I appreciate the info. and any comments.

I highly doubt you'll need 17psi to hit 300whp on a b16. But, refer to Remmy's "Project HCF." He is doing what you will want to do

300 whp is safely obtainable on a stock block @ 10-15psi, depending on turbo choice.
