I'd bore it before I'd stroke it. I know stroking is easier, but it also has a tendency to make your internals less stable.
dont most strokers come with pistons that make it so you have to bore it?

i know of a shop in texas thatll bulletproof it for you. for 8 grand theyll put a gsr motor in, bore it to 1.9, rebuild the entire engine, tune it (one time tuning only, never have to tune again), 2 year warrenty (might be longer).. you can run 25 psi all day long and spray nos as much as you like. gaurented to beat 12 sec cars. it ought to run around 450 hp to the wheels.. if you want more info ill get some for you, just pm me

oh sry your prolly right. i was being stupid when i posted that...figured a full GSR swap will run 5k or so...but then theres another 3k to work with. so yeah nvm that makes sense

im not like i said i was being stupid then. i was prolly thinkin b18c instead of b18c1. what would you say the GSR runs? 3k?

GSRs run less than $3,000 most of the time. Sunrise has them for $2,699, and I usually get them for $2,200 wholesale (sometimes $2,000 flat if it's missing a manifold or something).

Oh, those are all full-swap prices.
