cam gear?
Definetly not for a beginner to install, because you have to remove the valve cover and timing belt. Take the original cam gear off the camshaft and replace it. As far as performace goes, I have one in my stock head right now, and there is slim to none performance gain. Will be more of a gain if you retard or advance your timing with it. It's probably better to do that though if you have an aftermarket camshaft and/or the head is milled.
