cam seal
 
i need to change my cam seals. what all does this involve. is it hard to do myself. i found them on the iternet 4 like 15 bucks and woul like to save some cash and do my own work thanks

^ if you are somewhat mechanically inclined. Not somthing you do with your eyes closed the first time. You have to make sure it stays in time, remove the rocker assembly with out it coming apart, then making sure the lash on the valves are correct after the re-install of the cam. Yes....technically you can do it yourself, just make sure of your mechanical ability, its not like changing a spark plug or the oil.
