Default camshaft question

Hey there quick question, I have a 98 honda civic dx with, a d16y7 motor and ive been looking around at parts and such and the next thing on my list was a camshaft. I went to lookat some popular tuner sites and camshaft companies to see what they offer and there is nothing listed for my engine. So if you know why no companies build camshafts or any that dofor this style of motor please let me know.
