i have a question ppl, i have a 93 civic coupe ex. i wana know that if i put stage 2 camshaft will i be safe putting it and tunning it and leaving it like that or will i have to mod other things for it???? thanks

 

From what I hear, you have to change out springs and retainers, but it might just depend on brand.

 

Depending on who's cam it is and what stage it is will determine if you HAVE to change the springs and retainers although it is never a bad idea. Check with the manufacturer about it before you buy it but generally it goes stage 1 stock is fine, stage 2 is recommended and stage 3 is necessary. I would just be on the safe side andupgrade them.
