Choosing the H22A engine need help!

Ok I currently have a 93EX coupe(auto trans). I'm going to do the manual conversion. I have an engine in mind that comes w/5-speed trans. It is a
JDM H22A. I noticed there are several types: S, Euro R, etc. Which is the best choice to make swap easier? I like HP though!!!

they'll all be equal difficulty swaps. pick the one with the most HP and/or that fits your budget best.

Something that's even better than horsepower is speed. Look into an H2B combination. Its an adaptor kit that allows you to hook up a nicely geared b-series transmission to your H22. My neighbor said his friend did that in a civic hatch with the stock h22, headers, exhaust, and running in the 12's 1/4 mile.

Thanx. The info is very helpful. (arust45) do you know any sites I can look at for that adapter or site for info on the H2B combo?

H2b would be sick, expensive, and hard to install but after that it would be fun fast and reliable. By the way if you do go with a b series tranny get one with lsd.
