Crower stage 2's

Does anyone here have a crower stage 2 cam on a SOHC vtec? I was looking at there site and I'm curious if anyone here has one of there cams and how they like it.

Do you lose any bottom end with the stage 2? How is fuel mileage?

So I/H/E (header, exhuast, intake manifold, TB, short ram) will NOT negatively effect fuel mileage, right? But once you cross over into cam territory fuel mileage suffers, right?

it can suffer...but at the same time it could also help...because its doing the same thing the I/H/E is doing...that is..its helping your engine breathe better by having the valves open further and for a longer time. again, the only way i could see it hurting your gas milage is if the extra power gave you a heavier foot.

also...anything past stage1 with crower you NEED to replace your valvetrain. things will break otherwise. on crowers website they have what valvtrain setup you should get for each cam.

Yeah, I notice the stage 2 requires springs and retainers. Thanks for the tips.
