If i bought the crower stg. 1 cam kit is it unnecessary to buy the retainers and springs as well or is it only for the stg. 2?

yes it could not hurt to install them anyway but if you do you may as well go with a stg 2 crower

yes its supposed to give you as much power possible with staying streetable.
