Cylinder head bolts help

hi, im new to the civic scene and was wondering how tight i need my head bolts to get
I keep tightening the bolts and when it finally gets tight, it keeps spinning.
How do i know when they are tight?
All of them get to that tight point then just spin free.

1995 Civic
Thanks in advance

James

The head bolts are mad to strech that is why it just keeps going. you need the right torque sequence and spec on them. If you have tightened them down once and did it wrong my recommendation is to get another set and do it right. You can get but with doing it again as long as you didnt over strech them. Good luck.
