I really depends how mechanically inclined you are.

ive rebuilt d series motors and work on a few honda/acuras

I have done 2 D to B engine swaps. The hardest part will be wiring for VTEC. The rest is just turning bolts and hoisting the engine into place depending on the car its going into.
