To add onto this all...Where would you find things like that...EX head, manifold, tranny?...and besides a junkyard...don't have access to one. Websites besides ebay?

BTW, asking cuz I'm getting a '96 CX today w/a Y7

Best thing to do and I am not promoting other forums is to register to as many honda forums as you can. I myself am registered on atleast 10 of them.

I like i said am registered to around 10 for parts alone, there are only 3 that I actively post on and one of them I have all but stopped posting on.

hondatech is a good place for parts, the reason i dont post there is because a majority of the members are complete a-holes.....jdm this, swap that, and when a person like myself being a D series fanatic post something about a D I allways get greif over it. homemadeturbo.com is full of raciest, honda/acura.net is a clone of superhonda.com.

superhonda is the largest and was one of the first honda communities online, the members are ok for the most part but the resources are un-limited.

I like HCF over em all though, it is down to earth and the members treat each other with a mutual respect that is far and few between on online forums.

Intake Manifold

I saw a couple of trannys, but they were $450. There has got to be a junkyard or auto recycler arund you. Let your fingers do the walking and check the yellow pages.

I have a D16Y7 and I was just wondering, If i swap out my intake manifold for an EX manifold, will I have to change the throttle body as well?

Are you sure??? I wanna know if it will work, not if it should. If if does work, well then would a skunk2 intake manifold for the D-series not require me to swap my throttle body? Thanks
